Is there a reason to not use rigid foam insulation instead of. It reflects heat back. Ceiling insulation should be r26 or greater. It has a temperature limit of 165 f which is lower than you want your sauna to operate.

Also very important and a step never to be skipped is covering your studs with the sauna foil vapor barrior.
